Updating billing day or time for existing club members
Automatic billing, but with as much control as you need
So you've set up your clubs and started selling them or migrated them over, but sometimes the best laid plans don't pan out and the dates need to be updated. Or it could be that you're managing warehouse demands around how orders should be billed and needing to split up billing days. Here's how you do it:
Go to Awtomic-> Subscriptions and press "Filter." From here you can do a few things:
1.) Filter to a specific club - select "Products" and then pick the parent club product. You can also select a specific club size if you need to.
2.) Filter to pickup or shipping orders - select "Delivery Method" and choose the one you are targeting
3.) Fitler to people billing within a specific timeframe - choose "billing date" and then use the custom selection to pick your specific range. Be sure to pick both the start and end dates.
You can layer multiple filters together to get the precise list you are targeting. If you feel that you will need to view or update this list often, you can save the filter-set as a view/tab on the list so you can easily access it in the future.
Once you've applied the appropriate filters, you can press the button on the page that says 'Bulk Update' and then press 'Create Bulk Update.'
Make sure the option that says "Subscriptions matching my search and filters" is selected.
In this flow you can choose any number of updates, but for this purpose we'll choose update billing date and time. In the form that appears you'll be able to specify the date and time that you'd like to update your selection to. You can execute it right away, or schedule it to be executed at a later date time.
Before you run it, double check the filters and also the number of subscriptions that will be updated since this action will not be reversible.
