Club and membership: add-ons to shipments
Allow users to add on bottles or other products to each shipment and grow your revenue
With Awtomic it's easy to allow your customers to add-on to their shipments. You have control over:
- Who can add what products - segmentable by club level, customer tag or shipping state
- What discounts they get (also segmentable)
- Whether they can add the product on to just the next shipment, or to future shipments
This allows you to automate special membership benefits/limitations like:
- Exclusive access to library wines for family and friends or VIPs
- Different discount levels on the same products depending on club tier
- Special monthly discount offers
- Special disconts on merch
- Compliance limitations on certain varietals to certain states
Customers are able to add these products in the customer portal, with an easy to use interface that allows them to view product images and details, and even filter to their preferences
