Tasting Room: Memberships on Point of Sale

Our membership tile is your tasting room associates secret weapon for when members stop by. If you add a customer to cart, the tile will light and let you know if they're a member and if they have an order to pick up.

When you open the tile, you'll see:

• The customer's LTV and how long they've been a member
• The order(s) they have ready to pickup
• A notification if they have a failed payment method that needs to be updated
• Which club they're currently a member of
• What their membership discount is
• Special customer information that you have stored on the Shopify customer, like their birthday, spouse, preferences, etc.

This allows any tasting room associate to treat the member as if they are recognized and that their important details are remembered.
