Skip the next order for a subscription contract.

The subscription should be in active state. We will calculate a next billing date based on the interval configuration. In case an interval id is passed, we will use that one, otherwise we will use the one in the subscription contract. In case the subscription is in dunning, it will be taken out of dunning.
